Digital Marketing Coordinator

DRS Worldwide seeks a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join its growing team of communications and marketing professionals as we expand our digital capabilities and practices. We are looking for a team player who understands the implementation and best tactics related to digital media, and the critical role social media plays in content and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Support Digital Marketing Manager to achieve a preferable ROI across all digital campaigns for our clients
  • Hands-on, day-to-day execution against all digital marketing campaigns (including Paid search, Paid social, Organic Social, CRM, Display, Affiliate, SEO)
  • Active collaboration with Digital Marketing, Public Relations and Account services teams to deliver holistic marketing solutions
  • Curate daily content to drive engagement on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Understand and deliver A/B testing approach across all platforms to achieve best results
  • Make changes to campaigns daily to meet ROI goals (using Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics etc)
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research for Paid search excellence
  • Help to create weekly + monthly reporting packs as well as provide insights and recommendations to internal team and clients
  • Help to create content calendars for several client accounts simultaneously
  • Responsible for making changes to continually improve performance of all digital marketing channels (incl organic social)
  • Conduct outreach influencer programs on behalf of our clients

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years working in Marketing/Ecommerce
  • A minimum of 1 years experience working in social media (and other digital marketing channels)

Education

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
